INCOMING STUDENTS

 

Acceptance policy
The most important criterium for accepting exchange students is their level of playing.

Language requirements
Basic level in English and/or Italian. For all performative/practical disciplines, the English language is sufficient (preferably B1 level), for the theoretical disciplines knowledge of the Italian language is necessary (at least B2 level).

String instruments

First semester: 2 November - 2 March (including exam periods)

Second semester: 3 March - 8 July (including exam periods)


Application Procedure
We will accept Erasmus+ incoming applications:
From 3 February to 30 June for mobility along the Academic Year and Fall semester;
From 1 September to 30 November for mobility along the Spring semester.

Please send your application via MOBILITY ONLINE (MO)
(online application system). Applications received by e-mail will be considered only in exceptional cases.

 


With MOBILITY ONLINE (MO) online registration, students should upload the following documents/items:
 

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Motivation letter

  • Transcript of Records (as issued by the home institution of the student)

  • Media file(s): active web link(s) to an online platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, etc.) where the media file(s) can be played (video recording => instrument and singing students: min.10’ of a recent performance / orchestral or choir conducting: students min.10’ direction or concertation of one or more pieces / composition students: scores of their pieces in PDF format and performance of the same piece if available.)


Please note that without uploads of these documents/items (as above), the application cannot be considered.
The Erasmus application will be made available to the relevant board of study for selecting purpose.
